JUDGE ROY MOORE
No doubt by now, you know that Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore was removed from his position today, by a judicial ethics panel in Alabama. This was done in response to Judge Moore's refusal to remove a monument to the 10 Commandments from the state courthouse, after being ordered to do so by a federal court. I will state for the record up front, that I consider Roy Moore to be a living hero, and a true American Patriot, for doing what most people today wouldn't do, and that is standing firm for the rule of law, and for his religious belief in God, no matter what the cost. After all, the Constitution itself gives every American the freedom to express and exercise their religious beliefs. The judges that have ruled against Judge Moore, have done so to further their liberal political agenda instead of upholding the Constitution, which they swore to obey. Thus America is being terrorized by a system of judicial tyranny, which is what most concerned our Founding fathers, who actually wrote the Constitution!
The signer's intended to produce a country run by its people, through their elected representation in the Congress and the Presidency. It is documented as historical fact, that the judicial branch of government was to be the least significant branch, since it was only intended to enforce the laws given by the Congress, in strict adherence to the Constitution. Another indication of the lack of authority and respect given the Judiciary is obvious when the Founders, in their preparations for the nation's capitol in Washington, D. C., provided specific buildings for the Executive and the Legislature, but no such building was deemed necessary for the Judiciary. In fact, the nation's Supreme Court's courtroom was in the basement below the Senate chambers for almost fifty years, and it didn't have its own separate building until 1935! The most irrefutable evidence explaining the Judiciary's importance in respect to the Legislature and the Executive branches of Government, as given in the Constitution, is found in the Federalist Papers. These articles were written by James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay, immediately after the Constitutional Convention. These Signers wrote the papers to explain how the government would operate under the Constitution. PLEASE, hear their words on the role of the Judiciary. ALEXANDER HAMILTON: Federalist #51: "The Legislative authority necessarily predominates." Federalist #78: "The Judiciary is beyond comparison the weakest of the three departments of power....The general liberty of the people can never be endangered from that quarter." Federalist #81: "In the first place, there is not a syllable in the plan under consideration which directly empowers the national courts to construe the laws according to the spirit of the Constitution." JAMES MADISON: Federalist #51: "In republican government, the legislative authority necessarily predominates."
Clearly the Judiciary was given the authority to strictly enforce the law, according to the Constitution. The strict limitations were explained by James Madison when he said, "A law violating a constitution established by the people themselves would be considered by the judges as null and void." Yes the Constitution supported a government whose policies were made by "the consent of the governed." In Judge Moore's case, all major surveys showed that the American people supported his right to acknowledge God in his professional life! Our Legislative Branch has always supported the wishes of the people by establishing laws affirming the public expression of God in such areas as; our National Motto, the Pledge Of Allegiance, In God We Trust on our currency, and not to mention the literally hundreds of monuments to God seen throughout our nation's Capitol which were paid for with tax payer's money! This list could go on for several pages, suffice it to say that it is only our modern, activist Judges that have molded the Constitution to their political beliefs, and in doing so have made a mockery of the original intent and wording of the Constitution! Thus, as Roy Moore has said, the federal judge that ruled against him in this case, usurped his Constitutional authority, thus making his ruling unlawful, and one which he was not bound to obey. The Federal Judiciary was never given the power to be policy-makers, something that the Founders explicitly forbade. A signer of the Constitution, Rufus King warned, "the judges must interpret the laws; they ought not to be legislators." Hamilton also declared that the Judiciary was forbidden to "substitute its own pleasure to the constitutional intentions of the Legislature." The will of the people, exercised through their legislators, was so prevalent in the rule of the Constitution, that Luther Martin explained during the Constitutional Convention: "It is necessary that the supreme Judiciary should have the confidence of the people. This will soon be lost if they are employed in the task of remonstrating against [opposing and striking down] popular measures of the Legislature."
Americans, WAKE UP! Your religious and legal rights, guaranteed to you in the Constitution, are being systematically stripped away from you by our activist court system. It is time, and high time, that every American needs to contact their own legislators, and let them know that their jobs are on the line if this Judicial madness isn't stopped. Tell them to start using their Constitutionally granted powers to remove these activist judges from the bench by impeaching them! Tell them to pass laws immediately to remove subjects like the 10 Commandments, the Pledge of Allegiance, etc., from the jurisdiction of the courts! Let your voice be heard loud and clear that you support Roy Moore. I would recommend to President Bush that he APPOINT Roy Moore to a Federal Bench position. Another recommendation would be to encourage Roy Moore to run for a Congressional seat, which would put him in a position to legislate a resolution to these problems. And wouldn't it just put the icing on the cake is Judge Moore were to run for, and be re-elected to, the same position he was just removed from! Yes, Judge Roy Moore is an American HERO, and America desperately needs his example in the high places of our Government.
In closing this article, I am amazed at the intelligence and wisdom of our nation's Founding Fathers, who could foresee much of the evils that would plague their new country's future generations. Clearly, today the Judiciary has become the dominant policy-making branch in the Federal Government, yet long ago, Thomas Jefferson predicted how this judicial tyranny could occur: "It has long, however, been my opinion, and I have never shrunk from its expression...that the germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the constitution of the federal Judiciary;...working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief, over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall be usurped." GOD BLESS JUDGE ROY MOORE!
